The recruitment process at NFC:
1. Application: Candidates submit their CV via the website tuyendung.naturefoods.com.vn or by email: tuyendung@naturfoods.com.vn |
2. Receipt and Screening of Applications: The HR department will screen applications based on the position's requirements. |
3. Preliminary Interview (Phone Screen): Qualified candidates will be invited for a phone interview to discuss basic information from their application. |
4. In-depth Interview: Candidates who pass the preliminary interview will be invited for an interview with the position's direct leader/manager. This stage focuses on evaluating professional knowledge, work experience, and cultural fit with the company. |
5. Competency Assessment: Depending on the position, candidates may be required to take competency tests (e.g., English tests, professional skills assessments, etc.). |
6. Interview with the Board of Directors (BOD): Candidates applying for management positions will be invited to interview with the BOD to discuss vision, strategy, management style, and more. |
7. Contract Negotiation: After reaching an agreement, both parties will proceed to sign a probation contract. |
8. Onboarding: The HR department will assist the candidate in completing the onboarding procedures and familiarizing them with the new work environment. |
